EmberLight
Our beautifully simple introduction to the Ember & Ore experience, featuring a candle, travertine tray, curated natural-stone selection, handwritten meaning card, and premium gift presentation.
EmberStone
A fuller, more substantial gifting experience. Includes everything in EmberLight, plus a statement natural-stone piece, polished sphere, and palm stone.
EmberEndure
Our signature and most elevated collection. Includes everything in EmberStone, plus a larger travertine tray, selenite bowl with additional natural stones, and an Ember & Ore velvet pouch.
How do I choose the right collection?
Start by choosing the Moment you'd like to celebrate, honor, or support. Then choose the Collection based on how substantial you'd like the gift to be.
EmberLight offers a beautifully simple introduction, EmberStone creates a fuller gifting experience, and EmberEndure is our most elevated expression. No matter which you choose, we'll thoughtfully curate the gift around their Moment and take care of the rest.
What do the crystals represent?
Each natural stone is thoughtfully selected for its traditional symbolism and its connection to the Moment being honored. The stones add another layer of meaning to the gift, and every collection includes a handwritten meaning card sharing what was selected and the symbolism behind it.
Ember & Ore collections are designed as meaningful keepsakes and are not intended as medical or therapeutic products.
Are the crystals natural?
Yes. Our pieces are made from natural stone, which means variations in color, shape, pattern, texture, and inclusions are expected. These natural differences are part of what makes each Ember & Ore collection unique.
Are Ember & Ore gifts meant to be displayed?
Absolutely. Each Ember & Ore collection is designed to become part of the recipient's home. The travertine tray, candle, and natural-stone pieces are thoughtfully curated to look beautiful together, creating a keepsake that can be displayed and enjoyed long after the Moment has passed
Do you include gift messages?
Yes. During checkout, you can include a personalized message for your recipient, and we'll handwrite it for you—adding a personal touch without any extra work on your end.
Does my gift arrive ready to give?
Absolutely. Every Ember & Ore collection is thoughtfully arranged and beautifully packaged in our signature gift box. No wrapping or additional preparation is needed—we take care of the presentation for you.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically prepared within 2–5 business days. Shipping time will vary based on destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your gift is on its way, tracking information will be sent by email.
Do you offer returns?
Because each Ember & Ore collection is individually curated and prepared by hand, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the collection is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
If your gift arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can make it right.
Can you ship the gift directly to the recipient?
Yes—that's exactly what Ember & Ore was designed for! Simply enter your recipient's address at checkout, add your personalized gift message, and we'll take care of the curation, packaging, and shipping!
Do you offer corporate or bulk gifting?
Yes. We love helping businesses recognize employees, thank clients, celebrate milestones, and mark meaningful occasions. Contact us to discuss corporate gifting, larger orders, and available volume pricing.
Do you create custom collections?
Possibly! While our collections are thoughtfully curated around our signature Moments, we’re happy to discuss custom gifting requests. If you have something special in mind, please reach out to us and we’ll let you know what may be possible.
Is every Ember & Ore collection unique?
Yes. Natural stone and travertine each have their own variations in color, pattern, texture, shape, and markings, making every Ember & Ore gift naturally one of a kind. Our natural stones are also individually selected for the Moment you've chosen, so no two collections will be exactly alike.
